Shop and refunds
How shop orders are paid for, collected or delivered, and what to do if something is wrong.

Prices
Prices are in Jamaican dollars (JMD). Prices and availability can change.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you, cancel it, and refund anything you have paid.
Paying
When you place an order, an invoice appears in your account under Fees and orders. It is due 14 days after it is issued, unless the invoice says otherwise.
Pay by bank transfer, in cash, or when you collect. If you pay by transfer you can upload the receipt to the invoice. Receipts are stored privately.
There are no card payments on this site.
Collection and delivery
Collection at Ballaz Liberty Park is free.
Courier delivery across Jamaica is quoted on the invoice once we know the address.
Returns
No returns unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
If it is, tell us within 7 days of collection or delivery: email info@goballaz.com or call (876) 260-2255. We will replace or refund it.
This does not affect your rights under Jamaica's Consumer Protection Act.
Programme and camp fees
Refunds of programme and camp fees are decided case by case. Ask us and tell us why.
