Who we are
This site is run by Ballaz International, which runs the Ballaz Development Academy. In these terms, "we" means Ballaz International.
Using this site
You may use this site to find information, register for programmes and buy from the shop. Do not try to disrupt it, get into areas you are not entitled to, or use it to harm others.
Your account
Accounts are for parents, guardians and Ballaz staff. A child cannot have their own account.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your child's information
What you tell us about your child must be accurate and kept up to date, especially emergency contacts, because our staff rely on them. You can change them at any time under Your children.
The form does not require health details, but please tell us anything a coach needs to keep your child safe. The waiver asks you to.
A child needs at least one emergency contact before you can register them, and you cannot remove the last one.
Registering for a programme or camp
A registration is a request until Ballaz confirms it. You can see where it stands under Registrations in My Ballaz.
Age bands are a guide. A coach confirms where your child plays.
You can cancel a registration from Registrations in My Ballaz.
Fees and refunds
If there is a fee, we raise an invoice in your account under Fees and orders. It is due 14 days after it is issued, unless the invoice says otherwise.
Pay by bank transfer, in cash or on collection. There are no card payments on this site.
If you cancel or cannot attend, ask us about a refund. We decide each request case by case.
Shop orders
Prices are in Jamaican dollars (JMD). Collection, delivery, payment and returns are explained on the Shop and refunds page.
Behaviour
We expect players, parents and visitors to treat coaches, staff and each other with respect, at sessions and in messages.
We may refuse or end a place, or close an account, if someone's behaviour puts children or staff at risk.
Our liability
Football carries a risk of injury. When you register a child you agree to the participation waiver, which sets out those risks.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica deal with any dispute.
