Ballaz participation waiver

What you agree to when you register a child for a Ballaz programme, camp or session.

Version 2 · published 27 October 2026

Football involves physical contact and carries a risk of injury. By registering a child you acknowledge that risk.

Ballaz manages it through qualified coaching, age-appropriate sessions and group sizes, frequent water breaks and shaded rest.

You confirm the child is in suitable health to take part, and that you have told us anything affecting safe participation.

You authorise Ballaz staff to arrange emergency medical treatment if you cannot be reached.

Players are expected to follow the Ballaz values and the instructions of coaching staff.

This waiver does not limit Ballaz's responsibility to supervise properly, to employ suitably checked staff, or to meet any duty the law places on us.

How agreeing works

You agree to this waiver each time you register a child. We record which version you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used, so you and Ballaz both have a clear record of what was agreed.

When we publish a new version, you are asked to agree to it at your next registration. What you agreed to before stays on your account under Waivers and consent.
